Located in Sikeston, Missouri, Carson's is situated on the corner of Front and New Madrid Streets in the historic Stallcup building. By carefully blending historic charm with modern conveniences, the building restoration has created a gem in the heart of downtown. The original corner entrance has been rediscovered during the renovation process, the historic front doors have been saved and refinished, and original brick and refinished wood floors can be found throughout our two story venue. Its fun to imagine all the people who have walked through these doors. We hope you'll be walking through them soon!

Chef Adam's culinary vision is being enhanced and inspired daily by this beautiful building. He and his team are looking forward to bringing you some classic dishes, creating new innovations, and offering opportunities to share fine dining techniques and recipes.

Adam's culinary career started as a dishwasher during college and he began working as a chef in 2002 at Celebrations Restaurant in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He then moved to Portland, Oregon and trained in classical French cooking under French Master Chef, Phillipe Boulout at the Heathman Hotel and Restaurant. Further training with Cert

Further training with Certified Master Chef Roland Henin at the Ahwahnee Hotel in Yosemite, California rounded out his preparation to become the Head Chef and Manager of The Glenn in Charleston, Missouri for nine years. In 2022 Adam and his wife, Carole, developed the concept for Carson’s by Chef Adam Glenn and opened the doors in 2023.

Raised in Sikeston, Missouri, Carole has over fifteen years of business experience in manufacturing and service-related industries in the areas of marketing, management, quality, human resources, and financial management. Raised in Sikeston, Missouri, Carole has over fifteen years of business experience in manufacturing and service-related industries in the areas of marketing, management, quality, human resources, and financial management. In 2018 Carole began operating Enterprise Analytics to provide management, marketing, compliance and food safety consulting services to small and mid-sized businesses. As a Consultant, Carole served as Financial Controller for a tech startup company while also assisting Adam in management of his previous restaurant in Charleston, Missouri. Carole started Carson’s, LLC in 2022.

Carrie Fraley-Farley, a Navy Veteran, has a lifetime of bartending experience. Her craft syrups and infused liquors are featured in her signature cocktails which change monthly and with the season.
Carrie has been Bar Manager for Carsons since 2023 and has added her lively spirit and expertise to a grateful team.
